Read the forums and participate. There's some info and a few reviews here and there, but you'll probably have a tougher time with P4P in Fukuoka if you don't speak good Japanese.

So far, I don't see much reviews about Fukuoka. And yes my Japanese is close to zero.. That's the worry..

Together with Japanese who's open to foreigners there, any non-Japanese ones?
