No worries. A hint on not outing yourself if you get passed a survey form - I've been asked to fill out a fair number over my visits and as somebody who grew up in the Internet generation I can't write kanji to save my life. However, I've gotten by just writing my assumed name in Katakana. Everything else on the survey is usually circle the answer (I just leave the "any comments" sections blank) so as long as you can read through it you'll be fine.
Of the places above I listed, Honey Collection gave me a form to fill out on the ride back to the station so I'd expect them and Honey Company to give you one after you're done. Never gotten a survey at Aqua Palace or Platinum Stage and everything was handled verbally.
Another hint on trying to see through Photoshop magic - if you can't afford to hit a bust or two, go for the girls that post a lot of photo diaries. The pictures there are harder (though still possible) to fudge and you can tell something is up if they never post any pictures showing their cleavage or waistline for example.
Another resource is
https://osusumejou.com/. Requires free registration (gmail is fine) but people post reviews on there. I find that it always seem to be the same few girls getting all the reviews though so it might not be that helpful when you're trying to unearth a hidden gem. But if you want a sure-thing, lots of details to be found there in a searchable format.
Aqua Palace girls don't really post blogs and their profiles are usually really short on pictures, but they have such a large roster and so many girls applying that the quality has been pretty good for me even so. Rolling the dice there has honestly been half the fun but I guess it would suck to hit a dud when you are on a limited schedule and funds.
