Hi all ..

So happy to find this site and looking forward to chatting and getting to know members. I have a small company called Usagi Entertainment and am moving it from USA to here in Japan. I am located near the Nagoya area and really need help finding actress and actors for shoots I want to do soon.

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this but it is my first post and introduction so .. looking forward to advice and any help from you guys. I have plenty of demo and promo examples of work that has been done back in America but now looking to focus on AV here in Japan.

I am also always looking for friends and like minded people so feel free to hit me up for that as well.

If you would consider a Caucasian who claims to speak Japanese @TokyoJoeblow has expressed interest in a JAV film. It seems to be his dream-come-true fantasy.

Thanks so much for the great info and idea on posting an advertisement .. I will head over and make sure to have that in place. Feel free to pass along any other advice as shooting this content in Japan is a little new to me nothing like America and want to be sure to make the best product and have everyone involved proud of the work.

Thanks for the heads up .. for sure we need male talent and seems anyone with this dream is someone that takes after my own heart. Really finding the female talent is where I am most in need of advice and help .. Me and my company even willing to pay a recruitment fee for help in bringing good AV talent to us. Thanks again for the thoughts and making me feel so welcome on this forum.

You might want to include a website or links to existing releases, too.
 
You may wanna get in touch with a recruiting agency or something.
There are quite some companies making AV in Japan so the concurrention is there.

Great advice, all of my productions to this point have been mainstream up till 2011. And all the adult AV side of things I have handled with Usagi Entertainment. I had hosted promo pics an links to the store on Clips4sale.com with Netfirms but it was pulled down after they informed me they do not host adult or porn material as a service?? So looking into new site provider such as hostgator or godaddy. As soon as its back up will post link here for sure!

I think getting in touch with a recruiting agency is a great idea, my japanese is limited but I do have others with me that can help. Do you have any agencies in mind that you can recommend I contact ?

Once I can get the ball rolling here as I had in america I would love to travel a bit say Tokyo and spend a few days shooting, and getting to know the city. Also if I can find dependable return talent then I can, in addition to model / on camera pay, also include a travel fee or something. I had to do that with a few ladies that were out of my state back in Ohio.
