Happy Holidays to all!

Most all of us at TAG are now taking the holidays off from the interwebs! We'll be back after the Japanese new year break.

Christmas was excellent; even for being in Japan! Even after being here for a few years now, it's strange to see people going to work on Christmas day. I prefer to pretend that nobody is working and all is peaceful outside my door, lol.

Been buried with the family over the holidays, I'm not dead, but close!

Merry Christmas and all that! Trying to arrange some New Years plans... looks like we'll be going to Asakusa this weekend, just for the food.

Like Cake, I'll be back after the new year, been enjoying time away from the computer and my stupid phone. Cell phones are evil devices that bribe you with their convenience but really tie you down to a moral undoing. :(

I'm not sure yet, about January I mean. Probably yes, however it depends on how the schedule works with everyone. I'll post up a thread in the admin area about the January meeting later this week.

I'm presently working on the new software, trying to get it ready to roll out after the new year.

hey all! happy new year to everyone! i'm back from from my self-restriction of cell phones and internet access, it was euphoric!
 
I see that you all managed to keep the place intact over holiday.

Hope everyones' holiday travel was nice or if you stayed in Japan, that went well for you. I was so flipping excited to jet out of Europe, crazy relatives and the gloomy weather! ARGHH!

Japan is like vacation for a few days until jumping back into work.

I think I had a bit too much fun today, going to feel this in the morning. Don't really feel like going back to work tomorrow either........what to do.....

Came back to work today and have been faced with the inbox from hell. It's 3:30 PM and I'm just now getting caught up from the backlog of emails since around Christmas! :mad:

The bf and I hoped to eat at one of our favorite places last night only to find that it was CLOSED! :( We're going to go back later this week when our schedules line up again. Both of us are going to fairly busy these first couple of weeks.

The new year is off to an interesting start!

I hope 2010 turns out to be better than 2009. Our Company's workload has doubled since September, so that's a good sign on the business side of things.

Sorry to hear about your dinner plans Karen. A few friends and I hit up a shabu-shabu place in Shinjuku, that was my fancy dinner for the new year. :p Where did you guys want to go?

I've seen the news from the states, seems like the mid-west is getting the worst of the winter season this year. Crazy!
