Hooters is just awful... I have never had a good experience there, and the food is a no-go. Tilted Kilt, though... now there's an establishment I can support! Japan needs one
I went to Hooters in February, the Ginza branch.
It was late, 1-2am. Quite quite, maybe 4 girls looking after 3 or 4 small tables plus me on my lonesome at the bar.
The wings were good, and because it wasn't busy I managed a bit of conversation with the girl behind the bar and the two that took turns to serve me.
However I went the other day with two others, we got sat right at the back, it was rammed. Our girl was nice, but not what you go to Hooters for!
