Hey guys,

Just a question that I think will make for an interesting topic.
Most guys watch porn. There's no denying it. It's our nature to
masturbate and watch desirable women doing it to get us stimulated.

Living in Japan only makes watching porn a lot easier. Despite the pixelation,
Japan is one of the most forward countries when it comes to porn accessibility,
social acceptance (many hot porn stars go on to be mainstream celebrities and
vice versa), and plethora of genre. I've heard much criticism from Westerners that
JAV is too "real" because the actresses in them are really enjoying having tons of
sex on camera

Now the question I want to ask is how much do you let JAV influence your sex life?
(It doesn't have to be JAV, just porn in general)

Is COF with a girl desirable because every money shot is like that?
Do you think that your girl should willing to give you a "cleaning" BJ after you're done?

Do you want your girl to moan and scream like an AV actress?

Do you follow the standard sex routine that most scenes play out with when it comes to AV idols?

Before I succumbed to the P4P sirens, porn was the only thing there was for me. Without a Bill Gates bank account I still have to limit my P4P adventures. Not sure if it's visual overloading; I certainly get hornier seeing a glimpse of upper thigh on the train than hardcore sex on my screen. Maybe it's just me!

I learned to make noises because an ex boyfriend (one of the first people i explored sex with) pointed out i didn't make them and it would be hotter if i did. It can happen pretty much automatically if you just open your mouth and let go. If i'm on top or have to concentrate very much in another way i can't moan as well.

Nearly zero effect of J porn on my sex life directly...only some via its possible influence on my partners. A little more fron non-J porn but still not much.

And I am with @Quietlife on porn vs real life visual stimulation, even very tiny bits of the latter are better for me than loads of the former. I have masturbated to porn maybe once or twice in my life. I think I tried a couple of times but turned it off before I got very far.

As for sex sounds (of the natural kind, not the Japanes small-animal-in-torment kind), I think it is more a matter of learning to relax and stop trying to be quiet (a habit many learn when trying to hide masturbation or sex in their adolescence). Then the sounds and words just come out naturally. The sex sounds of my partner are one of the greatest turn-ons for me personally, and I love the huge variety of types of sounds different women make.

"dying dogs", "strangled cats" - the imminent demise of pet mammalian species seems to be a theme... In the very distant past I recall my wife made repeated high "Oh" sounds like she'd just locked the front door and remembered she's forgotten her phone inside. I wonder what my exes would describe my moans as..

I'd say i'm high pitched and sound more like the JAV girls than like some of the manly sounding "OH YEAH" western porn stars sounds but a bit less like a crying baby or a goat than some of the Japanese actresses. When I was doing my AV shoot the director instructed my partner and the girl of the other couple to be "loud" during any time the male was touching or having sex with their sensitive parts.

Depends. Especially when they come some guys can announce it in great ways. (One of my exes sounded spectacular, but i lack words to describe it.)
But as long as its a sound of pleasure, any sound can have its charms.

I've been looking at porn since I was 8 years old on a regular basis. First with just magazines, then the invention of beta/VHS tapes, then to dvd's and now on the internet. Whether it's JAV or any other type of porn the negative effect is that it's probably desensitized me to sex; however, not necessarily in a bad way. Whether it's just sex or making love, I can go on for hours (it's bad if the woman doesn't like long sessions) although at my age it's now a one shot deal and not multiples like when I was younger. It has however had the opposite effect for me personally in that I respect women and don't mistreat or objectify them which perhaps is the polar opposite of most guys who watch a lot of porn and just use women.
