How to get from Narita to Minato (Azubu)

Hotel mentions:

Airport Limousine Bus (3,000 yen/2 hours), or

Keisei Skyliner-Tokyo Metro (train, or train and bus?) Ueno-Hiroo (2600 yen/1.5 hours)

Would be grateful for your thoughts and recommendations on these, or other options. Many thanks!

If the Limousine Bus runs to the hotel you are staying at it is probably the easiest way to go in my opinion, especially with baggage.

I live on this area and use the Narita Express to/from Shinagawa Station and a taxi to/from the apartment, approx. Y1,200 for the taxi fare.

The Narita Express is Y3,300 and takes about 70 minutes.
