Precisely so. Japanese culture values being subtle, indirect, implicit, decorous, modest and discreet. Money counts but being blunt, arrogant and flashy about it is exactly the wrong way to use it. So far in these threads you ( @kill81 ) have displayed attitudes and approaches that virtually guarantee you will not be able to achieve your goal.
