Thanks for the curated list. Apologize for not going through the thread, but is that "total cost", or is that just cost for a massage, but if you want "extra services" you'll have to negotiate with the provider after the listed fee? If extra costs for extra services is the answer, what do you guys recommend I get, and how much more does it usually cost?

In the spreadsheet I just listed the cheapest courses available. As a foreigner you always have to add the Gaijin tax and some shops might not offer super short courses to foreigners.
Total cost includes covered FS (depending on soaplands/girl also matplay), soaplands don't offer paid options.

@Danbo , I don't think you noticed my comment above. Bunny Girls is gone. The building was replaced and the web site has been down for quite some time.
