1. Is this sick, insulting to persons with certain disabilities, or just good old fun?
2. Could this video have been produced by a porn company in the US? If not, why not?

Can't actually watch the video at the moment, but as long as they're not making fun of the individual with the disability I see nothing wrong with it. I can definitely picture people who find women who offers such services a huge turn on.

Well, the US president openly mocked someone with a disability so it could probably be made in the US.
