Has anyone tried one of these thai testical massages? I have mild ED and take Cialis and Viagra. Both give me mild headaches. I can get an erection without drugs- but maintaining can be a problem.

I was looking for natural alternatives and came across this. if so, would you recommend a shop in Tokyo or Chiba (near Tokyo Disney Land)? I have seen a few shops on google, but figured it wouldn't to hurt to ask for personal experiences here.

Haha. Women arent the issue - it is me.

Well, there isn't much you can do about getting old. Once I hit my mid-30s, I started noticing things in bed "fell flat" a bit after a healthy drinking bout so I acquired some 20mg sildenafil through one of those phone app services and it works great for me. I don't know what dosage you took but definitely go as low as possible. I'd say 100mg is way too strong to begin with and could be why you're getting headaches. I started off trying one 20mg pill sober and it was pretty effective; 20mg drunk as fuck, however, wasn't as much of a party; and I've found that two 20mg pills about an hour before action and with my last couple of drinks is the key, and no headache at all.

I would also strongly advise against Cialis, as I tried taldalafil a few times and while one dose lasted for two or three days and gave me a raging, 1992-esque half-hour-hard-on if I even looked at my dick, it also gave me an absolutely wicked headache and nasty heartburn for days.

I've been told (by friends, not doctors) that vasodilators, like Viagra, by virtue of how they increase blood-flow, are what give you the headache; therefore, if headaches are an issue for you, try taking a bit of a vasocontrictor, and the easiest one to find is caffeine. Friends of mine tank a Red Bull with their generic Viagra and they claim it helps.

Barring that approach, I suppose you could try a cock ring? I've never bothered since I've got a key fob full of generic pills if I party too hard for my own good and I also think they look quite bizarre. On top of that, those rings are quite thick and cumbersome and I'm ethnically 100% Japanese, which means every centimeter matters and I can't afford to lose the precious real estate.

Thanks Keihan. I cant imagine 100 mg. That must give killer headache. I take 20 mg. I have not thought about vasoconstrictors - I will ask my doc about it. I have not tried a cock ring, I will look into that - thanks!

I can't speak for those types of massages but headaches are a common side effect. I usually take only 5mg of Cialis (a 10mg pill cut in half or so). I wouldn't take 20mg for just "mild" ED. Otherwise, a regular sensual massage should do the trick if your case is mild.

I hadn't thought of cutting the pill in half. That is a good idea. I will try that too.
Cutting a pill in halves, may not be the best solution. The pill is coated with a protective layer so that it dissolves at the right time and location in your body. Sometimes the medicine is not distributed proportionally inside. But by trying nothing bad will happen to you.

Halving pills never caused me any trouble in the past, although that was MDMA. Great days.

Yeah, this depends on the type of pill. Anything with a coating should never be split. Since Cialis has no coating the worse that can happen is that it'll lose its effectiveness rending it completely useless and/or a waste of money.

I could recommend you visit a chiropractor or acupuncturist to get your body back in balance and nerves working as they should be.

For anyone over 40, there’s a possible solution for getting a wholly legitimate prescription for low daily doses of Tadalafil , the active ingredient of Cialis. That is, from several years back - maybe 2007?- daily low-doses of Tadalafil were approved for the treatment of BPH Benign prostatic hyperplasia. About 50% of men have this - an enlarged prostrate - by 40. By age 70 or 80, it’s at least 90%.

Even though it’s the exact same ingredient as the ED medication, it’s named , packaged , and priced differently. And, that includes very low pricing which gets covered on NHI or whatever J corporate equivalent you may be on -which means in most cases on top of the low price, you can get it at the 30% co-pay rate. Same situation should apply for the US; it was the FDA who first approved low-dose Tadalafil for BPH anyways.

And, this also kind of solved the issue for some men who were taking Cialis for more PE (performance enhancing ) versus full-blown ED by taking it in lower doses like 15mg to 10mg instead of 20mg. Many found even though occasional, at 20+mg doses, they were getting unpleasant Adverse Effects such as neuralgia in the form of lower back pain or down one leg like sciatica — a lot of times, those affected didn’t figure out it was due to Tadalafil at first as they assumed the back pain was due to the sex…

If this sort of combination does work, it’s not just the fact that you get can get it for an extremely low cost, you’re also not screwing around with dodgy generics or knockoff’s that don’t always contain what they purport to contain.

The talk is that Hormone Replacement Therapy helps. I believe that and you can get it done here for relatively cheap price.
For me sleeping well and exercising helps. If I don't get enough sleep I don't do anything that requires any... hardness.
