If your Japanese is N4-3, you will "reveal yourself" by default as a gaijin within a few seconds after opening your mouth. So please don´t make fool of yourself and pretend otherwise. And I don´t think anybody will ask your e-mail or quiz you otherwise. The information about your location, the appointment and your hotel or cellphone number is of course necessary.

Ah I see. Sorry for asking so many questions(new to this) but, should I go into the hotel room first or wait for the girl outside? I've read that the doors in automated or something like that?
Also, for the Kabukicho plan, were you asked to specify a hotel while you were making the appointment?

For delivery health, they'll want you to get a room first. Generally you can make an appointment, and then call them once you have a room and say what hotel it is, and the room number. If you are at a hotel that has automated doors, the girl will check in at reception, reception will call up to you to tell you that the girl has arrived, and they'll unlock the door so you can let her in.
