The Area: Koenji has lots of massage parlors and low quality suck shops. Most of which are Japanese only. The one blowjob bar available is about the same level as Hinomaru but probably worse.

The Place: head to KFC and go through the overpass towards the long strip mall or whatever they're called. On the right is an alley along the train tracks with lots of bars and restaurants. Go there and on your first left you will either see a sign for a Chinese massage parlor or the mama san aggressively pursuing men about sex. The women are about the same level of the mama san but I think I prefer her to her girls. She takes you up stairs to a locked massage parlor with a security cam at the entrance. Maybe because the police presence in the area???

The Process: simple. Take shoes off, sit, pay, wait, meet girl, shower, massage, kiss, cbj, cfs, chit chat, shower, bye bye. Really nothing special and there are more attractive options but if you need FS really bad and don't want to travel far then why not? Not the worse but definitely not the best.

Same price and service but the ladies in that area are sometimes cute and there is a shop that was reviewed as very cute. Much better than only one shop in koenji that has girls that are always not cute. Also everytime I've been to Gotanda I've left satisfied except for the BJ shop called Dio. When I went to this Koenji place I left and started thinking of all the different things that cost 10,000 yen.

Yeah no problem. Ive gone to a lot of places in Koenji. KiraKira is a no go. The area by mcdonalds with like 5 pink salons right next to each went from gaijin okay...gaijin okay with condom....gaijin okay with fluent japanese....gaijin not okay....and now gaijin fuck off. Not sure the story there but from the few times I went, it was not a big deal. There is some pink salon you have to take an elevator to get to with really cute girls that is no gaijin. Little awkward as its elevator access only and the elevator left before i was rejected so i had to wait 4 or 5 minutes in their lobby. Charmmy is the only friendly pink salon and they really are not worth it. There are also a lot of really nice pink salons maybe 4 or 5 minutes walking distance that are also no gaijin.

That sucks... its bad enough getting turned away and then having to stand around waiting for the elevator would only make it worse.

All the places on that strip by McDonalds look pretty run down - don't know what the girls are like but from the looks of the signs/facade I doubt its really that big of a loss. Seems like most of the reviews I saw on Japanese sites were basically "well its cheap..." as well, haha...

I think the place might be called 愛, Google maps shows a sign in front of the stairs.
I had pretty much the same experience as @WarMonkey at this shop in May 2016, mamasan approached me on the street. Actually she tried to speak English to me but I couldn't understand what she meant until she said,"本番" I asked her how much, she told me the price and I followed her. My service provider was not the most beautiful woman I've ever seen but not ugly either, a little bit heavier than average (I, too would have preferred to have some time with mamasan instead). I don't think she understood any English, all of our conversation was conducted in Japanese. It was a fairly standard FS experience, I won't be going out of my way to go back there but it's a reasonable option if you happen to be there and the mood strikes.
