We go Konyoku Onsen (mixed hot springs) in Minakami-machi, Gunma and stay Japanese style hotel on Jan.20 - 21.
We are happy to escort minded couples and singles there. We temporally reserved a room in the hotel up to 4 additional people.

Just take her to an onsen like Takaragawa. It's really not public nudity, for the most part. The women have a larger than normal onsen towel that covers most everything and the guys wrap the normal one around their waist.

Of course late night may be a different story. One morning I found condom wrappers in the covered entrance to onsen.

Also, you might want to visit this site. The author rates the mixed onsen based on how comfortable it is for the ladies.

That helps a lot, thanks roots reggae. Getting her to Takaragawa shouldn’t be an issue; getting her in the onsen wearing a thin towel might need some novel maneuvering on my part - but what’s life without a few challenges? :)
I just hope I won’t find guys ogling at her.

Steal a glance, even look and smile if you want; but don’t ogle and turn it into a creep-fest. My SO is curvy (she exercises, and I don’t - much to her chagrin) and I don’t mind people taking a look at her; admire her. It might even boost her confidence. Why, it’s surely a turn on for me!
But my aim is to get her to be comfortable with her body; shed her inhibitions. That’s possible in a polite setting such as an onsen. The exercise isn’t about exposing her to random guys to fulfil my personal kinks (though I’m sure that would be prefered by the majority here; or anywhere)

Is she Japanese? If so, onsen, even mixed, should not be a problem.

Then, just go slowly and give it time. Once she observes other women, it should help her relax. If she has never been to onsen, then perhaps go to one that has private available.

It has a fantastic set of rotenburo beside a massive waterfall, along with an onsen cave. In the daytime you are required to wear swimsuits, but at night it's optional. At least, it was when we last visited-they now how new ownership, who I hear is working on improvements. They also have a private onsen available by reservation.

I was so shy, it took me three years in Japan before I went to onsen, and after that, only because I married a Japanese woman.

I got the mail regarding this... But how to give you quickly the health check up tests and I cannot speak Japanese... But I would like to come... Please let me know if you want I can meet you in Tokyo before going to that place...

Hi sir, I am not saying that I don't give health checkup tests, my question is in short time how to get it....if not possible, please let me know next any events like this in advance, I would be happy to join with your team...if you want I can give my contact details, I will be in Tokyo for couple of years.

You'd better hurry to their website for requirements-tough to do in a week, unless you have weekly check-ups.
