Anyone have examples of KDHs that are western friendly?

I've been checking out this Kanphoto website, which has some non-airbrushed pics of several Korean girls, and many of them are stunning.

I called up one of the sites (Evian) to see if I could meet with 'Spoon', and I think they were a little taken aback that I asked if foreigners are okay, either that my Japanese was good enough to fool them (not likely) or they don't have many foreigners sniffing around their agency. Anyway, Evian isn't foreigner friendly. Many of the other sites listed on kanphoto have the exact same pricing and very similar web design, so they might all be run by the same org. Anyone have other intel?

(An interesting note is that both kanphoto and many of the KDH websites automatically re-route the website to Yahoo! if you aren't running your browser in Japanese. I think they do this so that people in South Korea don't come across girls that they know. Kind of amusing, but annoying at times.)

Another question- Is there any intel from experience/reading reviews what the difference between the "usual" course and "high class" course is? for 80 minutes many of those places are 2 man en and high class is 3 man en. Bueller?

Awhile back, it used to be that "High Class" meant that the girl saw only one client that day, which was the one that paid for that service. Now, it means that the girl just gets more money and maybe would be in a better mood and provide a more pleasant experience. According to Japanese sites, there's no difference in the service you actually get in the end.

Everyone knows that KDH provides FS by standard, but people may still believe they get a 'better' service by paying the higher fee.

Meh. It's nice that FS is standard, but I would much rather there not be the upsell for attitude. I think negotiating in general kind of ruins the experience, and if paying another price is just a 'tip' or something that's kind of crappy. Especially if it turns out the service ain't that great. Anyway, I might give it a shot if I can find a place that'll deliver to a gaijin. Thanks for the info!
 
To bump this thread a little, I've had some luck with some KDHs.

I think it comes down to how good your Japanese is, how busy they are, and whether the specific girl wants to see foreigners. My Japanese is still crap, but I think I've gotten good enough to say "Hi, I'm an American. Is it possible to get an appointment with <Korean girl's name>?" with some authority, and to understand their answers.

I think often the screeners will give you some BS reason why a girl can't see you, like she's gone back to Korea or she's otherwise unavailable that day, which is fine. I have to take Evian off the 'gaijin dame' list, because I called them again in the last few days and although I couldn't work out the timing (she only had a late night booking available), they seemed fine with foreigners.

Surprisingly, the two girls I've seen from KDH places so far have been diligent about using condoms (which I prefer anyway), and haven't tried to upsell me at all to the 'high class' course. Both girls I saw spoke decent English -- one girl seemed almost relieved that she didn't have to speak Japanese, since she'd only been in Japan for a few weeks. It's the phone operators that don't speak English, from what I can tell.

I think since FS is generally assumed, I'll keep trying KDHs as part of my stable of P4P places. The girls aren't smoking hot from what I've seen, but they are pretty decent and it's cheaper than AM.

Thanks Meji. At the two KDH you mentioned above do the screener(s) speak some English or is it all done in Japanese?
 
I honestly haven't attempted to speak English with them. My opinion is if you can speak enough Japanese to set up the appointment, you should. This to some extent re-assures the screener that you know the "rules", and doesn't force them out of their comfort zone.

It would be nice if there were more places that were obviously and consistently foreigner friendly, but for now we'll have to live in the grey zone, and work on our Japanese until its not much of a problem any more. :) Even with my barely conversational Japanese I've found that many more doors open when I give them a few lines of Japanese and can carry on some transactional conversation (this is by no means limited to P4P).
 
Just curious to everyone's experience or opinion....

I am Korean-American...I speak Korean pretty well...

Will I be able to take delivery, since I will be able to speak to the mamasan in Korean? Or will they treat me like a gaijin?

Also, will the Korean Health deliver to my hotel in Ginza...if I am willing to pay for their taxi fee?
 
The phone operator might be Japanese, not Korean, so you might be SOL. Also, generally the KDH sites deliberately block the capability of viewing their sites if you are in Korea/using Korean for your computer OS, so it's certainly possible that they would be less willing to service Koreans because there's the off chance it'll be someone they know personally.
 
Are those shops still open or have closed? since none of the links directs to a working website.
