Found a pink salon that is gaijin friendly.
Spy girls, looks cheap with a hand painted sign. 8000 for 40 mins. Didn't go inside. No web site, to find it go to http://cc-club-kyoto.jp/ and check the map, it's right next door. CC-club is gaijin dame though.
