Just in front of the kadoebi soapland in shibuya there is a small one. Uniform themed. They dont speak much english but if you are assertive and use gestures and simple english they will allow you in.

I think if we all posted up foreigner friendly places and @predator999 compiled it all in a list, it wouuld be more in lines with what he's proposing. Community effort similar to the yoshiwara soapland resource thread. =P

Went yesterday to Paradise Ikebukuro, gaijin friendly if you speak fluent japanese.
3k for 20mns
5k for 30mns and 2 different girls

Pros: Place is clean, less smoky than Happy-S, cheap
Cons: I was not able to choose the lady, intimacy limited (as usual ^^)

Lady are more or less the same type as Hinomaru or Happy.

I would avoid Dio in gotanda - it was good two years ago - markup of only 1000¥ over 30 min 6000¥ - now the price is 10000¥ for foreigners - I can usually talk the price down back to 7000¥ If late morning arrival if the客引き knows me but now different guys running it and frankly not worth it. Plus quality has gone done -- looking for new pink

Seems like bullshit. Japanese prices are cheaper and offer less than 60 minutes and include BBJ. The good thing is that the english website lists only the gaijin friendly girls, so I guess you could fake it by writing in japanese to their Line, if you speak some japanese that is. The questions remains if the girl will give you BBBJ without extra costs when she sees you're not japanese. I would avoid such places that charge extra for foreigners or give you less service.

I can't remember if it was this shop but there are others that offer low price and a ton (including AF and "gaijin ok") options for just 2000y additional fee.. I read in a japanese review that those shops are a scam and the options are fake. Meaning it depends on the girl if and what she will provide, regardless of the list. Also the photos are aparently fake.

If it's too cheap it's probably a trap.
