Yup. That's why is said that shop is shit. I used it once and the woman looked no where near the pictures. And I already prepared myself of the panemaji.

The shops belonging to the Speed Eco group can sometimes be a hit and miss: grils that looks different, bad attitude, etc, etc.

For me, it still is one of my worst experience in Kansai so far and the only time I ever asked for a refund before the session even started.
