I'm not a wheelchair user, but I'm not even remotely close to good looking. I'm a little round fatty now, compared to when I started TAG) However, I am in my 30s.
I've found Bumble to be amazing if you set the parameters to 38~55. I usually only go out in the early to mid-40s range. 50s, is less interest in sex and more in experiences of going to places or eating nice food. Since the start of the year, I'm met with and slept with 4 people from Bumble (not some record, but if you saw how I looked, I'm sure you in a wheelchair would probably be more successful).
