Looking for Oppai bars in Tokyo for foreigners

This question gets asked a lot on here. Short answer: there aren't any. Several oppai pubs permit foreigners but you need at least conversational Japanese to get in.

There are many other kinds of establishments that take non Japanese speaking customers though. You could fondle some tits at pretty much any of these.

I have visited office in Shinjuku and it accepted English speaking.

To hey charged me 8k JPY for 40 mins with three girl rotation.

I specifically want to mention the second girls where she started to kiss as Soon as she came to me and I would definitely recommend this place .

Exactly. Simply entering "pink salon" or any of the other things you're interested in into search bar should net you more than enough material. Check the reviews and make sure to look at the "language notes" part to see if English or Japanese was spoken and the main part of the review to see if it's gaijin friendly.
 
The only place I can think of which might let you in with no Japanese is "Club Office" in Shinjuku, Use the search function. The other ones require basic/conversational Japanese. Learn some basic Japanese (you don't even need high level Japanese) and try again in the future.

In terms of pink salons just use the search function and you can find some (I can guarantee you that none of them, which are gaijin-friendly, have even semi-attractive girls).
 
Tried miss campus jan 19. They accepted foreigner. They have english menu. Maroniuchi and bikini they didnt accept me.
 
If you don’t have basic Japanese you may not enjoy your time once inside because you need to put the girls at ease with a little bit of conversing before you piggy all over her. I tried silent treatment once or twice but it was not received well.

Also Maybe just my experience but the girls in oppai pubs have generally lower level English than normal girls.

I think Bikini only allows touching over the clothes and no kissing. You probably didn't miss out on much.

You occasionally get the exact opposite too. There was this super cute 19 year old at Gakuensai who I repeated with a few times before she spoke with me in English, but her level was seriously close to native (no accent at all and there were only a few expressions she didn't understand). Ended up seeing her outside the shop for about 6 months and followed her to a nominally-japanese-only shop after she changed.

I was at Marunouchi a few days ago.....because I speak Japanese it was no issue, but because it I was my first time there, the clerk showed me the rules in Japanese and English. Was kinda surprised about that....so it seems they try to open up to foreigners.
