As a guy you have to be careful. Some of the girls are pro deli-heath providers looking to make extra cash on the side, and if you don't negotiate how long the activity will take place, you could go to a hotel with one, and once you get your first pop she'll be out the door. Yah totally, all info is helpful...last time I was in Japan was 1997...I remember kudasai and atakai...and konichiwa, of course...so vividly remember pointing at plastic food and being able to figure out if it was hot or not...probably the easiest virtually English free (in 97 I literally think I had one conversation in English the entire trip and that was at my hotel in Tokyo and likely the hotel in Nagoya) country in the world to navigate...

For kirari, membership and entrance fee would add up to 4400 yen. You dont pay "talking to the girl" fee as far as i know, but if you do find a girl who you want the go out with its another 2200 yen. So the loss is a little less than you expected, but its not sure that they will let you in if your Japanese is not good, depends on the staff i think.

I don't think this is good advice for a newbie. These cafes are soul destroying places where some guys go to toy with the women with low ball offers of 10,000 yen for FS (often skinless).

If the OP is average or above average looking, she should try the SB websites instead. The clientele will in general be more respectful.

When i used to go a lot, i used to get called as soon as i walked in and didn't have too much trouble getting 30.000 for one round.
Now, its not that good. If i go there its because i have to kill time or to hang out in a free place with a friend usually. I wonder if the novelty of foreign girls is gone or something because the times i am there now, i see Japanese girls get called more than me. But usually its a girl who's less attractive then the other girls who get called, and they dont end up going out, so maybe they just think those girls are cheaper?
