I think so, yes.

Although if you are fluent Id go with unpretei instead. They have better looking girls and you can negotiate and add stuff on in terms of options during the session direct with the girl. They dont have a physical location so the booking is all done over the phone. Puts a lot of foreigners off.

If you're ok paying that much for just a handjob and some kissing, then I think Lovely Hand is worth it.

I've been there a couple of times and always take my chances with whoever is available.

Go with premium girls only.
First time i went was bad as i didnt choose.
After that i stick to premium girls that have blogs. Mostly good or very good experiences since then.
