I have been a member for quite some time, but have never had anything to provide to the group that wasn't already covered in detail. Today, I finally have something to contribute, about a shop I have not seen reviewed before.
My initial destination was Asian Smile, but they were packed and I didn't have time to wait. I recalled seeing a place around the corner on a previous walk around the area, that looked like the type of place to welcome gaijin, and thought I would give it a shot. To find the shop leaving Shimbashi station, go to the corner with family mart, take a left and it's about a block or so down on the left. The shop name is Luan Thai, and it is written on the steps as you go up to their third floor location. They also have a sign out front, but it doesn't have their shop name in English.
I walked in and was greeted by Lisa, a cute (Thai?) girl with some big bolt ons for her frame. She was wearing a short dress and flashed some black lace panties as she greeted me. Lisa offered me a price list in Japanese, so I can't tell you the name of the course I chose, but I chose 70 minutes for ¥10,000. Lisa escorted me to the room and offered me some tea while I undressed. After tea, it was off to a self shower (bummer), knocked off the sweat and back to the room. Typical face down start with some very light teasing. The massage is nothing special, but it wasn't really why I was there anyways. On the flip came a little more teasing, and some light playful conversation. She doesn't have much English, but enough to get by in this setting. Teasing progressed until little dude was ready to go, and she went to work. She took her time and provided a great HE. She allowed UTC roaming, and top down for some visual assistance and further roaming. I have a pretty good feeling that more can be on the menu once you build a rapport. After the HE, she cleaned me up, led me to another quick self shower. A second glass of tea while I dressed and I was out the door in right at 60 minutes.

I was worried, before I went in, that there would be an upsell (that's a selling point for the Asian Smile/Feeling/Relax chain for me), I was pleasantly surprised that there was not one and I was provided excellent service for the initial fee. A better massage is had elsewhere, and the place isn't as nice inside as the aforementioned group, but it was clean and accomplished the mission. Lisa is cute, has a good attitude and seems to enjoy herself.
