Just had a two hours session with LUI, I would have to say it is probably the most terrible experience I have ever had in my life. As mention on other review as way, conversation is awkward and the entire play are far from average.

That sounds bad. We all get let down from time to time. It's the nature of the the punt. Still, contact Dave and complain.
