40 minutes in Club Max was ¥16,000, 40 minutes in Marine Blue is ¥17,000. For that extra ¥1,000 you get a new, very modern, stylish (yet small) room. Arguably worth it. It would be great if foreign customers could also take advantage of the current discounts, but at the end of the day, at full price it's still the cheapest soap in the area, if not in Tokyo.
Everything else (including the girls and the reception staff) is the same.
They seemed a little apprehensive to allow me in at the beginning - perhaps they're still working out whether to continue permitting foreign customers in the new setting or not.
Finally I was offered one choice - Naomi - a very 'genki' and friendly girl with giant titties which she encouraged my passive self to play with.
A little bit of mild 'soap play' before bed where she took the lead, even pulling out a 'denma' at one point.
