This place recently popped up on Erolin so I decided to try it. It is a delivery esthe/massage place based in Ikebukuro. They deliver throughout Tokyo with a 3,000 yen surcharge.

Service consists of all-nude sexy shower with HJ, followed by all-nude neck and back massage, then HJ/CBJ finish with lotion, all interspersed with DFK. FS is not on the table but unlimited touching is allowed.

I rolled the dice and got Aya, who is Chinese and at least a 9/10. AV model quality (she said she has appeared in online porn and moonlights at a hostess club). oh anyway, did all the conversation happened in Japanese? i could speak japanese in a basic level conversation..
 
I called them to book the time, then called again when I was at the LH and gave them the room #. Girl showed up in about 15 minutes. (I was in Shinjuku; the delivery is probably a bit quicker if you go to Ikebukuro where they are based.) The phone operator was also incidentally a Chinese lady, though not the same one who serviced me.

Sumata is not officially on the menu.

I did everything in Japanese. I asked the girl whether she spoke English and she said "a little." With further prodding it seemed like she knew about enough to service a non-Japanese-speaking customer.

One caveat to mention is that the massage is not very thorough or technical. It feels good enough but it is not the kind of serious massage you would get from, say, the Erotic Massage Club or a typical Thai massage place. You are really paying to get her clothes off and get her hands and mouth on your junk. You can get FS at some places for similar or even less money, but given that the girl was high on the hotness scale, I thought it was pretty good value.

Tried this place again. Got the same girl. This time she offered Sumata for free and FS for 5k. Good times were had by all.
