Hi, first time in Japan and using these type of services. A couple of questions :

1. Will the hotel management have issue with this? It's not a super expensive hotel but it's not some cheap motel either. 1.5 bed room
2. Do I have to provide condoms or will she?

I believe everywhere in the World there are regular hotels and Love hotels, you should encounter providers with the second. A "normal" hotel doesn't allow others to the room you are registered to. It's always handy to have a few extras.

In my experience good hotels in Tokyo (four stars and above) will turn a blind eye to almost anything in order to avoid embarrassing their guests. I must have walked into the ANA Intercontinental eight or nine times, dressed up, at ten or eleven at night, headed straight for the guest lifts, and out again in the small hours, and no member of staff has ever stopped me, looked at me funny, or questioned me. I've also met other working girls in the lifts on the way in and out.

I can't speak for business hotels such as Tokyuu, though, since I don't tend to get appointments for them.

That is consistent with my experience as well.

The Conrad (in Shimbashi) is the place I've "abused"/tested most extravagantly, and the staff has never given me even the slightest indication, verbal or non-verbal, of noticing. And trust me, what I was doing could hardly have been more obvious.

You should indicate your hotel. As Kitty mentioned, there will be a problem if you stay in a budget business hotel. Otherwise, not.

Even with budget business hotel, I don't really see the problem. At least not from my past experiences. Only that the room is rather small (but I doubt even the 4+ star hotel in Tokyo did not provide the same room size as in other cities) and single bed sometime really means for single to use. Elevator require room key to access to your floor could be another issue you should be aware. You can ask the hotel front desk about it.
AM girl will always bring condoms. No need to bring your own (unless you have specific peference about brand).

I would assume they do, but I would not recommend relying on those. If they just buy them in the local Japanese suupaa, it is likely you will not be happy with them.

Good to know, I thought I might be overreacting given the circumstances but being a newbie I figured it was best to ask.
