So for anyone looking for love hotels in the area, we did use Paseo II today and it's about 6000 until 8pm during weekdays. Smaller room than the Shinjuku one we went to but adequate. Nothing fancy. She tells me there are at least 5 other hotels in the Koenji station one stop over.
