"Stalking" someone to gather information regarding infidelity is justified. Besides, I wouldn't call it stalking. Stalking implies giving someone relentless attention to the point of privacy invasion. I prefer the term investigating.

Of course, there is the up and the down side of this.

However, when women cheat, it's an entirely different story because women tend to form emotional attachments on the person they're trying to hide from their husbands/boyfriends. There is even some form of double standards to it if you analyze it carefully. However, cheating is cheating no matter how much you justify it. It is still wrong.

I've been on the same road and have been cheated three times in my marriage. That divorce was probably the best thing that had happened then.

Revenge-sex or vengeance-banging, may be morally justified in her current situation, I believe that it's not the way to go to seek redemption. I am not going to throw any religious blabber but I just go by the code of if you have been cheated, do not stoop yourself to their level. Otherwise you're no different from them.
