I know this is rather late notice, but tonight there's a nanpa meetup at 7pm in Shibuya TGIF.

Students of the game, friends, and random acquaintances are coming plus anyone else who wants to.

Stop by, grab a drink, meet some guys from the community, gain new wings or share stories, eventually head out into other bars or streets as desired.
