Sadly.... most of the proper etiquette is long gone.... but it's ok because it makes me look like even more of a gentlemen... Momma would be proud ! ! ! :D

Slightly off-topic, but the date is a total QT.
60's girls' style was so on-point its crazy.

I was going to try and find a good Japanese example but ended up just ended up watching a bunch of old Sayoko Yamaguchi commercials from the early 70's instead...
