Hi everyone! I just discover the place here. I am an escort from Canada and I plan on coming in Japan in March. If you can answer my questions Ill be more than happy! I speak french and english only, trying to learn japense slowly. We are two girls (one blonde and one redhair) that will be coming together.

1 - Would you recommend me to come as an indy or to join an agency temporarily?
I have a website to be indy but what is the safest way to book?

2- If I come as an indy, should I do only incall in my hotel? Which hotel are SP-friendly? Is it safe to do outcall?

3- Which agency (GFE, total sex) would you recommand?

4- Is it better to advertise alone or two girl together (we are ok for duo, but is there any demand?)

5- Considering we won best rookie and SP of the year, how much can we ask for if we are blonde and redhair beautiful caucasian in the twennies with spinner body / nice attitude / skills ?

6- Is it safe to book through here? Should we ask for a deposit?

7- Do you know how is the best way to transfer our money to Canada? Can we send our money to ourselves from Western Union? Or should we open a bank account ? Or a yen account in our bank?

Thaaaaaaanks guys a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Indy website on your own, Tokyo is a safe city, one of the safest in the world for escorting. No need for an agency unless you're not confident in finding your own clients. But, your actual income will be reduced by a large margin.

2. Don't do incall. Go to their hotel or use a love hotel. You can do incall, but with so many other options....

3. None.

4. Alone but offer a duo option - don't advertise together.

5. That's subjective. People will scream 10-20,000 yen while others will scream 50-60-70,000 yen/hour. Study the market and make your own determination.

6. it's safe - deposits are up to you, but only 1 provider here on TAG requires a deposit (out of the many others).

7. Depends on how much you're sending.

A lot of the above info depends on how long you're staying....

(note: ads or promotion of yourself on this site is not permitted without payment, FYI.)

I really like this website ! Thanks for your quick reply! I am really sorry if it sounds like that. By the way, what are the rules here?

How can I pay / promote myself ? What is the difference between normal hotel and love hotel? Which love hotel would you recommand if I want to stay in Shinjuku area?
I am in love with the culture, I am over excited to come! If you have any recommandation for the food to try, any restaurant or places to go please let me know !

Rules, Very General, Common Sense:

1. Be nice, respectful - but realize this is an adult site!
2. No direct advertising without prepayment.

You can promote yourself on many different sites, but TAG is by far the most effective for Japan and more specifically, Tokyo.
Normal hotels = for tourists and business visitors, like Grand Hyatt, Marriot, Four Seasons, etc.
Love Hotels = Short stay hotels (~1-3 hours on average) purely for couples to have some adult fun. (largest love hotel area is Kabukicho which is inside Shinjuku) -- Food and other touristy stuff, keep doing research... there's just too much to recommend in just a few lines here.

Thanks a lot I am already in love with the country and website, can't wait to be there!
Very professionnal,friendly-user, and quick answer. 10/10!

You won't be able to open a bank account in without being a legal resident in Japan. You should be able to western union it to yourself, but you should talk to western union about that. Might even be able to get AMX travelers cheques if those still exist. I think most of the indies who come to Japan probably use the money they make here on their stay here. However according to the website linked below as long as you have under CAN$10K when you return home you don't have to declare it.

Travelling with CAN$10,000 or more

Anytime you cross the border, you must declare any currency or monetary instruments you have valued at Can$10,000 or more. This amount includes Canadian or foreign currency or a combination of both. Monetary instruments include, but are not limited to, stocks, bonds, bank drafts, cheques and traveller's cheques. There are no restrictions on the amount of money you can bring into or take out of Canada, nor is it illegal to do so.

Two thoughts
1) why not do incall? Convenient for everyone and saves your client some money on the love hotel. None of the main business hotels would know or even care. If i recall correctly they don’t require cards in the elevators

2) for Payment how about accepting bitcoin? Many apps, like breadwallet make this very easy to do, and then you can very easy just convert to CAD into your account back home. You could even easily accept pre payment or deposits this way if you wanted to. I would not use a credit card to pay a SP for fear of spousal detection, but I would be fine with bitcoin. Does anyone on here know of a SP who accepts bitcoin?

I think incall at a hotel might be problematic, one or two guests would be ok, but more might have them say something. As far as places to stay, hotels are rather expensive (and the cheaper business hotels are not going to like incall), airbnb seems to be the rage, but then you definitely wouldn't want to do incall. There are also weekly mansions, but the ones for short term visitors are probably much more expensive.

Bitcoin might be a bit volatile and, as Chris points out, most of the money is going to go towards living expenses.

While most of the people are in Tokyo, consider getting a Japan rail pass and making arrangements to meet people off the beaten path. While Tokyo has enough for several lifetimes, getting out of the big city is really important. Adds another layer of complexity to your planning, but there may be enough people interested to make it work.

If you would really want to join an agency, maybe look into Asian Mystique. They come probably closest to what you want.
But indy is quite safe here and probably a better option.
For charging, look at what the other girls on here are asking. For [Redacted/Removed] 30.000 ~ 40.000 yen per hour is normal on TAG. But also think of what you are charging in your homecountry and take that into calculation.

Incall would be possible with a limited amound of clients, but if possible, love hotels are less of a hassle and are a nice experience if you have a decent one. If you stay in Shinjuku, you can easily walk down to the love hotel area (not a very dangerous place). You can also visit guys in their hotels if they are visitors themselves.

I am pretty sure they would require you to have a visa for that and the only two ones which would allow that kind of work are PR and spouse; both take some time and trouble to arrange. :D

Incall in a normal hotel would be OK for one client a day but after that logistics for towels etc will be too much hassle.

Exactly what I was thinking. The hotel staff probably can't (or bother to) keep track of all the people going in and out of the building and which rooms they go to. But something like asking for extra towels, either multiple times or a huge amount of them at once, would definitely raise some suspicion....unless you reuse the same towel(s) for every client!

That would be a great way to catch bacterial STDs and crabs without even having sex!

And how many guys would be happy to pay tens of thousands of yens and receive a wet towel?

Indeed. Hopefully you didn't think I was actually suggesting to do such a thing!! If I ran into such a situation, I might actually just try to dry myself off with toilet paper and dry my hair with my shirt.

... then you should ask the lady for some kind of refund, not just because of the inconvenience but also for the great show that would be! :)

But there would be sex anyway, right?

If a girl doesn't want to ask for extra towels, she could simply buy some cheap ones herself, bring them in her bag and get rid of them later.

One needs to be cost effective and efficient to be competitive in the global market! Why have sex if you can have the STD without it?

Get some nice towels from where you are from and hand them as a souvenirs? :p
