Anyway, I think what you're looking for are "deai cafes". The most popular ones in Tokyo seem to be Kirari and Momo Cafe. I believe you can find these chains in Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Ikebukuro. You can use TAG's search tool if you'd like to find more information on them. Good luck!
