This shop has been reviewed plenty of times, so it doesn't require an introduction. I am going to post my reviews in 3 parts for the three different providers, as per the "Read Me" Rules of TAG.
This was my first visit to this shop. I walked in and Syndy (the manager/allocator) of the establishment guided me to the largest of three rooms. I later learned that the largest room is given by preference (first to phone appointments) and later, if there are no appointments to walk-in customers.
Sayuri has been my fondest experience for Men's Esthe establishments in Japan, so far. It just so happened that the day I decided to visit Aroma Queen, was Sayuri's first day. We started with a soapy bath on a waterproof mat. Sayuri was full of giggles and play. Despite her being in her outfit, she climbed on top of me, took off her bra, took off her panties and just in her white dress (which she was wearing that day), glided over me during the soapy part. She was incredibly busty, which is totally my type.
I mention that this was my first time to Aroma Queen and it was Sayuri's first day, because I've read that Aroma Queen is not known for this etiquette, but rather massages given fully dressed, sometimes with play over the outfits and at other times not, depending on the provider. I also learned this during my massage with Syndy, which I will review later on.
Then she guided me for a shower, after making a loud announcement saying "shower time" in Japanese.
What made Aroma Queen my favorite establishment, was the necessity with which they stress discretion. I am sure more people on TAG are more qualified to weigh in on this subject, but I had never seen this level of discretion in a massage shop (I've not been around in the market so much either). The places I have been to have a 5 foot "curtain" type set-up, much like in Japanese hospitals, and being 6'3 myself, it's not very "discreet" since other customers can see me when I stand.
After my shower, I walked back to my room, laid down on the futon (which is covered by brown towels) and Sayuri climbed on my back to give me a proper back massage. The massage lasted about 30 mins. In the middle of the massage, Sayuri asked me if I wanted her to do it naked (she only has her white dress on). I said yes and she asked for an additional 5,000 yen to which I promptly complied. She then oiled herself and slid back and forth.
I would only later learn that by the store etiquette, this is actually not allowed. Again first visit = didn't know much about the store = got lucky, I guess.
Turned me over and pulled my head up to her chest and said that I could quietly lick, without making noise. She guided my finger around her clit and with the guidance of her hand, showed me what turns her on. I got a little bold and pushed her onto the mat, firmly pressing down on her shoulders and she allowed me to penetrate half way into her (3~4 times) before she rolled me back, to be on the bottom - which indicated me to stop.
Everything else, DFK, sucking, fingering, etc. was fair game in my session. With about 20 minutes left to the session, I came all over her. I would learn later that Aroma Queen doesn't allow this either.
Had a shower, dressed and left. I visited Sayuri, twice in October - the best sessions I ever had. On my second visit, Syndy took down my number and gave me a kiss on the cheek which was a huge tease. The third time I tried to schedule Sayuri, Syndy sent me a firm message that she was fired or ”クビ” which translated to "neck." Syndy never elaborated as to why she was fired, but I assume that Sayuri's additionals were discovered and she was promptly let go. No clue.
*Side Note: If anyone knows where Sayuri works, I would love to know. My body cringes to see her again.

I make tri-monthly visits to Aroma Queen in Kayabacho. It's my favorite establishment for a number of reasons. A recommendation I'd like to make to visitors is to not use their permanent staff - Syndy, Yumi and Nina. These three follow the rules pretty much to the book, so you're only going to get over the dress action. Their temporaries, however, seem to have a short "work" span at the shop and are more open to pushing the boundaries. I say this with experience from using two other temporary providers, which I will write about - both of whom (aside from penetration) were open to similar scenarios.
PS - I know this thread seems like a far stretch since other reviews I've read firmly state that little or no action took place on their visits to this particular establishment. I'd be happy to share my LINE messages with TAG moderators to verify.
