So I don't really know the "hot spots" at all, and I've been going crazy trying to find something .. what's killing me is I'm only looking for nonsmoking places, which pretty much knocks out 90% of places.
I'm looking for a half decent Chinese or Thai place in Shinjuku, preferably north/east area. Doesn't have to be in Kabukicho, but nearby would be nice. Either nonsmoking or actually separate smoking areas.
I was thinking about trying Rambutan, but I'm one of the lucky winners of the genetic lottery for whom cilantro/pakuchi tastes like soap... and looks like literally everything they have is loaded with the stuff. I'll probably default there if nothing else comes up though ...
