One day in Tokyo, question about hotel health

Hi folks,

New here, been reading and learning a great deal. Just one quick question. Since I'll be transiting and my stay will be just under 20 hours, I don't plan to get a phone and therefore am most interested in Hotel Health. There doesn't seem to be a lot of discussion on that at all, is it rare or just not as popular here on TAG?

Any that you guys can recommend? I saw Million on Erolin, which is an option. Haven't heard about any others. I don't speak any Japanese, many years of failed lessons. Asian but coming from Bay Area (cali).

Or maybe I'll just try to chat up a girl at a bar... (yea, right..... like that's happening......)

I'm not sure if there's any hotel health options for those that speak no Japanese. If Million is one, that's probably your main option, other than booking with another agency via email. If you are staying at a legit hotel, you should be able to book with AM- you'll just have to give them your name that you booked the room under.
