one of our ladies has been given the option to spend the weakened with the client in tokyo, how can we prepare her trip what is the legalities for escorts in tokyo?

You can start by not placing ads without approval. ;)

And working in Japan without a visa or an approved status of residence, is illegal... so there's that. ;)
