I have four possible suggestions.
Now, I havnt been to either of these four places but a friend of mine (white dude 37 yrs old living in tokyo) swears by them. After a quick google search, they do seem like they could be good places to pick up woman depending on the night you go.
however, people on these forumns here may have first hand knowledge! appreciate your guys comments
1. Mikkeller bar. apparently 10 minutes away from shibuya station? No idea what this place is like.
2. Daikanyama lodge. He said it was his favorite place in shibuya to relax. Said that you can meet chill girls here.
3. decabarz shinjuku. he said the gurls here are weird but easy easy easy.
4. Oath & Aoyama tunnel
said that the staff can be racist to white people but the party goes until sunrise and u get typical clubbing drunk girls here for a one night stand .
ill check some of these places out next time im in tokyo
