Got myself a new bicycle (not one of those stupidly expensive ones, but also not the kind of cheap shit you can buy in Seiyu), rediscovered the joy of long cycle trips in random directions, the other weekend I ended up on the flood embankment of the Arakawa north of Tokyo, which rises up a fair way above the plain and it was just nice zipping along with a view and the scenery falling away to the south and not much noise other than the wind tires on the asphalt. Not much other traffic up there either. Probably could have gone on all day, has the asphalt not run out.

Always looking for new things to do with GF to keep the relationship interesting and feeling fresh. Playing "trump" card games (no stupid jokes plz) like hearts/spades is fun with 2 people. "Oh Hell" is her favorite and just introduced her to Casino which seems like that cards always fall her way. Still Fun. I like the bike riding idea as I have a fairly decent bike but don't know about my duration. I wish I had a car/license but that's water under the bridge. I miss couple's card game nights.......
