Hi everyone,

Pretty new to soaplands and have a slight pregnancy fetish, so I've been doing research and places like Milky Baby come up quite often. My question is: On Milky Baby's catalogue page (http://www.milkybaby.jp/girls.html), the bottom-most section is titled "産休中" which Deepl is giving me as "On Maternity Leave". I'm having trouble understanding if these women are pregnant like in the first section "妊婦コース", are post-pregnancy like in the other sections, or something else entirely.

I see similar pregnancy/breast-milk themed soaplands use the same title and can't seem to get clarification even after reading more into individual girls' profiles, so any help would be appreciated here! Thanks!

P.S. And of course, if anyone has recommendations for pregnancy-themed soaps in say the Kyoto/Osaka areas, feel free to mention them as I'd love to try and add more review options here for this relatively niche fetish.

Maternity leave can mean anything from close to giving birth or recently gave birth and resting up or taking care of the baby for the next few months. AFAIK, there aren't any shops similar to milkybaby in Kansai. Milkybaby is your best bet and it's proven to deal with foreign customers.

Makes sense, I too was thinking maternity leave could apply both pre and post-pregnancy so I guess I'll just have to clarify when making a reservation. Agreed that Milky Baby is my best option, plenty of reviews from here to back it up too. Thanks for the input!

In this case your choices would be the breastfeeding moms who have already given birth and the currently pregnant lactating moms that have yet to take their maternity leave. Let us know how it goes.

Will do, hopefully I keep sane enough during that I can remember what actually went on.

Not a soap, but in Osaka there is https://real-mama.com
Thanks, will look into that too! I actually found this Japanese site that listed a few more from what I can see, but it takes time going through with Google translate to see whether foreigners are explicitly banned and what is actually being offered so not sure which if any would be options yet. Posting just in case it'll help anyone else out, but note I haven't gone to any of these places yet so proceed with caution:

Have you used this service? Just curious that there's this kind of shop in Osaka.
I have, years ago (pre covid and yen crash). I communicated via LINE with translation, and they were very helpful and patient in arranging the meeting (to the point of meeting me at a subway entrance with the lady). Looking at the site now, there doesn't seem to be a LINE listed, so I have no idea if they are as foreigner/english friendly as they were back then.

I don't remember much about the encounter other than that the lady was tall and friendly lol.

Thanks. Was wondering for the longest time if there was a similar shop to milkybaby in Kansai.

I think there are about 6 maternity / milk deli in Kanto, so there would be something like that in Osaka as well for sure.

I just found out, due to the link OP posted. There's 3 of them in Osaka used to be 4 and 1 in Kyoto.

I'd like to say I'll bravely journey into the unknown to write reviews of these lesser known places for science, but with my lack of SL experience right now my gut's telling me it's probably wiser to default to more tested waters at least for this trip. Especially for more niche escapades, I'm not confident enough in my Japanese being able to keep up yet and I'd hate to accidentally foreigner-NG a place when there are already so few options for this fetish.

If you just wanna experience pregnant ladies and breastmilk go for the tried and tested milkybaby. Many reviews written by foreigners with little or no Japanese here on TAG. The other non Tokyo places do seem less accommodating to foreigners if I was a betting man.

with my lack of SL experience
Don't expect any SL with pregnant women (mat play too dangerous for sure) or any SL in Osaka period.
The services in that area all fall in a different category.
And as for pregnancy/breast milk, I think the only services are delivery health. There have been rumors about breast milk bars but no place confirmed.

Ah you're right, my bad I was using SL and P4P interchangeably in my head for some reason and that's just incorrect haha. Thanks for clarifying, Milky Baby is indeed delivery health in case I made anyone else confused.
