You could try Hinomaru in Shinjuku. They are very foreigner friendly, but I don't know if they accept black guys. Unfortunately the sex trade can be pretty racist here (as it can be everywhere).

Pink Salons generally don't offer baths or doing outcall (coming to your hotel). You could maybe contact Asian Mystique to see if they could send one of their girls to your hotel. Good luck.

You also might want to take a look at the erolin.net site, which lists more than 20 shops available for non-Japanese and has an on-line reservation form. They have paid advertising agreements with the shops they show. Most of the detailed descriptions for each place show something like "Available for whites, blacks, asians", so at worst you wouldn't have to worry about your skin color. If there are problems with girls coming to your room depends on your hotel. If you stay in a cheap business hotel, yes there will be a problem. If you stay in large upscale hotels, basically not. If you can not bring a girl to your hotel, please check out the famous Japanese "love hotels", they are all over the place.
I really don´t know what you mean about "they have a delivery service". AM is a delivery service, so I don´t understand where the 1000 yen come in.

That looks like a large hotel, so I don´t expect any problem there. If you find out that the girl can not come up to your room easily (for example if the elevators need a card), you could just meet in the lobby.

Hotel Sun Route Shinjuku requires a card to use the elevator. Also the elevators are near the front desk, and I think they check for non-registered quests. But if you agree to meet her outside the hotel and walk in together like you belong, then there should be no problem.

the issue about race is pretty annoying in Japan. They won't you get inside since they are scared that you could "ruin the girls" with your meat pole. On the other hand there are so many girls into black guys and if you go in some specific club around shinjuku you could get laid easily.

Did you read at all what I wrote? There is nothing an local person could "handle" there. The girl did not like white guys, end of story. I had to pick another one who was OK with me.

To add to this, I have actually been refused because I am black once. When making a reservation at a deli-heru, I made sure that foreigners were ok. The guy at reception asked me my nationality and I replied American. It wasn't a problem. About an hour before the girl was set to arrive the deli-heru called again to ask what type of American I was, when I told him I was black, he said that was NG for that particular girl, and they quickly rearranged for another girl to come.

So there are some girls that are ok foreigners but not black foreigners.

That being said, there are many girls in the us that have a NBA ( no blacks allowed) policy too, so this is not specific to Japan.
