It's safe to assume not much has changed.
Some bars have come and gone, the bar/club touts are still pushing their stuff. I'm usually there once every few weeks. We have a client in Roppongi Hills and that usually keeps me there into the late hours of the evening. I still like to stop by the Donki there, to pick up some overpriced snacks and bath stuff.
