San Kyu 39 anyone know?

Good question. I can't see any indication that they are new half, and the ads for the place itself say 激安風俗, which translates to 'dirt cheap fuzoku'. My guess is the women aren't really that hot, or they massively upsell, or give bad service or all of the above.
 
Uh, that place advertises anal sex without a condom. Might be worth a miss...
