I'm confident that the sentences I wrote were completely correct and felt weird that they would revert always to functionnal yet far from perfect english. I think maybe the staff behind the english account is not japanese and used a translator.
Anyways, using their whatsapp is very efficient and they are almost too responsive, taking me by the hand through all the steps and confirming everything way too many time (i.e "make sure you take a shower" was repeated. Of course I will!). However it seems they automatically assume that all Whatsapp users are foreigners and so prices are including the 5k gaijin tax from the moment they talk to you. The english website, which they send links to, is inflated by 5K in comparison to the japanese site but it is an hidden fee you won't know if you haven't compared the sites.
I asked a few days before to make a reservation for the night I landed in Japan. I was told that new customers can only make reservation. So I waited and asked who was available the night before for a time at which I could have gotten to Ikebukuro from Narita. I have watched all the Fuzokudx videos from the shop and wanted to have one of the girls featured or one of your previous reviews to have some kind of guarantee that I wouldn't hit a landmine.
The staff suggested Ena. I had seen her video and was confident we would have fun even though she didn't seem my type exactly. Oh boy was I wrong.
