I contacted the shop via their LINE well in advance, which they answered promptly, within minutes. Bookings are available as soon as the girl's schedule is shown. Not sure if a Japanese phone number is strictly required (they do advertise to foreigners, so I'd assume you can work around it?), but as I provided it, they asked me to confirm via phone call a day earlier and an hour before the scheduled meeting.
Seira is part of their highest Black tier cast, which meant 60k for two hours, 1.5 times the base rate. Apparently she got promoted to the rank after continously ranking top. No initial nomination fee, but subsequent ones are 5k for her. I added the options for cumming in mouth (1k), denma (3k) and M-seikan (2k). The last one isn't explained anywhere in their website, but it's the girl being on the offense basically. According to Seira, it's really rarely picked, and I'm honestly not sure how much of a difference it or the absence of it would cause in action. It's not really that kind of a shop either to begin with, so... shrug. I'm sure she could accommodate being slightly on the S side if you asked normally as well. Going off on a tangent for a bit, this hotel (Hotel Bali Bali Uguisudani) is really nice. The luxury room (highest tier) was 7600 yen for a four hour stay on Friday evening. It's very recently renovated/built, so the room looks brand new. It's nothing overly mind blowing, but it's clean, modern and reasonably spacious. Somehow I managed to think that the air conditioner was locked to a certain temperature, as it was making some noises, but apparently I just didn't manage to turn it on.

Gentlemen, disregard shops that charge extra gaijin tax, forbid kissing and other horror stories I've read here. Here you have an establishment with simple pricing (no foreigner tax, no transport fees [certain minimum course duration required though], no new member fee), LINE booking and a quality cast with foreigner acceptance clearly indicated in their profiles (accept, Japanese language only, reject). The majority accepts.
Oh and Seira was a joy too.
