Can anyone give me some recommendations for Oppai bars? I'm not into in any HJ / BJ stuff, I just like to kiss and fondle the girls.

At the end of last year I had a great time at Leicester (レスタ) in Shinjuku because they let in foreigners and all the girls were very nice and attractive. I've also been to Cherry's (Shinjuku) and Shibuya Flamingo multiple times before. I tried Club Sexy in Kabukicho once, but the vibe seemed off and the management seemed pushy / greedy (up sell, up sell, up sell!).

I've never been let into Super Angel (because I'm a gaijin) and I have no interest in going to Luxe because I hate all the shady totes that they employ.

I was also rejected by Cherry's (Ikebukero) and some other Ikebukero Oppai bar because I was a foreigner.

My Japanese is N3 and I'm of eastern european ancestry.

Who else didn't let you in in Ikebukuro? That's where the highest concentration of all the gaijin friendly places are. In any case, on the first page of this thread you'll find a list of all the places you can get into depending on your Japanese ability.

I think it was the other Cherry's (Cherry's West) that also didn't let me in.

I'm just looking for recommendations, because I know that just like with Soaplands the quality between shops can vary greatly.

Are there any sekukyaba in Tokyo which are open plan and you can go as a group in the sense that Ribbon temporarily was? My friend mentioned that he used to go to one like that in Niigata, but all the ones in Tokyo that I've seen have been one-on-one booth experiences.

Mint and Alegria have these round tables and couches that you could get a small group into. Marunouchi also has these long couches on the right side of the room which would be good for groups.

I can't really comment on the quality, because I normally start by nominating H cups and above girls, then I find out who is actually hot, a good kisser, nice shaped boobs, etc. So I've got at least 1, sometimes 2 regular girls in most oppubs now.

Ribbon is set to reopen tomorrow. Interestingly the store has a new "concept" which should be quite interesting. Apparently its becoming a ...chikan sekukyaba?

You're living my dream, sadly im a broke 20 something who speaks zero Japanese but if neither of those were a problem I'd be hitting up these places back to back.

There are plenty of free resources on the internet that can get you up to conversational Japanese. Just try 'shadowing' YouTube vids. You can study passively too with minimal effort.

You don't need advanced conversation skills. I don't do much talking at oppubs - my mouth is too busy. It's useful though when they send you an ugly one as 'help' and you need conversation to pass the time.

As for money, I'm not particularly wealthy, but I budget 100k per month for fuuzoku, which is about 2-3 trips to the oppub per week.

2-3 trips a week sounds amazing definitely more than what you can get where I'm from plus they offer this service to begin with.

Visited some Sekukyaba for the first time. Figured I'd give some info, especially because there is almost no info on anything in Sapporo.

Moetta (Sapporo) 8000 yen for 1 hour (may have been 40 minutes? can't remember) nomihodai:
It's a maid themed sekukyaba close to Susukino station. Took the elevator up and spoke with the staff in the front. She checked and said foreigners are fine as long as you can speak enough Japanese. She explained the system and rules (this was all in Japanese). I paid, waited a few minutes, and was escorted back. The shop's design itself looked higher end. Tables were not in private booths, there were a few tables spaced out in the room with other patrons and girls. Lights were dim to begin with but when they go darker and music gets louder the girls get on top of the guys. Mostly all the girls looked younger 20s, and would make you and themselves drinks (included).

First girl I got was a bit on the larger side, but we had some really fun conversation and fondling over the clothes after the lights dimmed. Second girl was decent to good looking, actually spoke good english and we chatted a bunch about America. She was super excited to have a English speaking customer, I assume it's rarer for Sapporo. When the lights dimmed she climbed on top and unbuttoned her shirt for some fun. No kissing, I didn't really initiate though. Third girl was super cute, she sat down and put her legs right over mine then moved my hand between her legs. Great conversation again, she was bubbly and into it. When the lights dimmed she hopped up, put my hand in her shirt, and other on her ass under the skirt while going in for kisses. Yep, she was dangerous fun. Fun time. Open to people who's Japanese level is at least conversational. I think I had 4-5 whiskey highballs too, got my moneys worth there.

For other places:
After5 and CanGaku are part of the same group (also Sapporo Susukino area). After5 (office lady themed) is also okay with foreigners if your Japanese level is good. Did not check CanGaku.

Ikebukuro area, Baby Moko is also okay with foreigners who speak some Japanese. It's a pajama themed Sekukyaba (like onesies almost). The inside is a bit smokey incase folks are adverse to that. The guy at the bottom of the stairs tried to stop me (assuming because I'm white as fuck), but I replied (in japanese) that I was going to baby moko on the second floor and he said ok.
