I do hope this is just temporary. I haven't been in for a while but I do like it there - though sometimes they do rotate the ladies through a little too quickly, barely giving enough time for a peck let alone a good fumble before they are called away.
 
As a data point for Kyoto: I went to Izasoro and asked them to consider allowing me in based on being a Kyoto resident for ten years. I'm also fluent in Japanese.

They took my zairyuu card and considered it but ultimately denied me.

I've had success at the other sekyukyaba in Kyoto for the most part but again, I'm fluent.

Use to go every week before Covid and almost every time I met an 8/10 and up, girls that looked like they were cutest in class in Uni.

Have gone about 11 times in total to group shops in past 2 months and they keep sitting me with the same girls every time.

Miss Campus hasn't been the same since Himari left 😢 She was hands down the sexiest girl I've ever met at an oppub. She was the perfect busty loli. Imagine Hestia from Danmachi, except with a bob.

Today I went to Club Tsuma in Shinjuku. I must have visited more than a dozen times and never seen anything more untoward than some vigorous grinding (sadly not on me). Today, however... Well today I glanced over during some snogging and noticed the lady at the booth across from me removing her knickers. Naturally i was interested and so I kept glancing and saw some vigorous fingering going on. I have never seen this before in these places.

Thanks for the input. So if I was to pick a lady and throw enough money at her then I could maybe do that (still depends on the lady, off course!). Alternatively, and likely less expensively, the same and more could be achieved through P4P. Ah, decisions, decisions…

As in all things, ymmv. I've even taken a couple of them out on dates, but it hasn't led to a love hotel yet. They're working, but they're still human, anything's possible.

They even have a multilangual website? That's a first. Seems Shinjuku really has a few shops that cater to everyone...in comparison to Ikebukuro.

I visited Club Charme in Shinbashi recently. Allegedly they get lots of foreign customers there. It's dress themed, and the girl I nominated was super cute. The doorman tried to turn me away using English, but I explained in Japanese that I had a City Heaven booking.

I went to Emmanuelle in Kanda the other day. A provider who I've seen a few times shifted there and invited me over. For those saying that the Campus Group girl quality has been going downhill, Gakuensai has some amazing new young girls recently. Unfortunately they're very popular and one I had to wait on today even with a reservation from the day before. She was worth it though, rivals the previous 18-year-old regular I had there a few years back.
 
I haven't been in a very long time....haven't been to the other shops in forever, but found Gakuensai always pretty consistent. Sure, sometimes you catch a timeslot where you don't like anyone, but that's rare.
