Sexually Transmitted Disease (std) Talk

It could be a normal bacterial infection too.

It could be something as minimal as ringworm which is super common (can be contracted by not showering enough during hot summer days), easy to pass on from one person to another, and totally curable with the right cream and is most likely the culprit. Whenever I go home to the states I return with 2 tubes of clotrimazole back just in case.

I meant to actually research this the other night and this thread just reminded me, but if it is ringworm going to the kusuri and asking for "chinchin no tamushi kusuri" will get your medicine for ringworm. If that is what it is...

Thanks for the replies guys, but I really want some opinions, I am just feeling very alone in this. Is it okay to post pictures? As absurd as it sounds, I feel like this is the place where ppl can give me an honest answer.

Hello everyone I made an account just to post this as I have been lurking for a while and had my first BBBJ experience at Happy Hinomaru [Mimi] The next night after I had an itch on my testicles and gave it a solid scratch. This resulted in an immediate inflammation or red puffiness in that area. I thought it was just a normal inflamed area but the next day after I found red round dots under my shaft. I am extremely worried and am having anxiety attacks as I am worried if I have genital herpes.

My symptoms are within 5 days:
-inflamed red area, puffiness on testicles
-itchiness, but no pain
-no lesions or injuries
-urine with bubbles
-red dots under shaft, no pain

I visited a clinic today and paid 250 to get a diagnosis that they are not entirely sure as they say it is too early and instead think it is due to an allergic reaction because I used an alcoholic wipe before [the one HH provides]. I am taking anti allergy medication and have to come back in a week to see. The doctor said since I dont have pain or exploded lesions he could not get a herpes test but I do notice the red area gets slightly moist at times. I am deep anxiety and worry as I am thinking it is genital herpes but 2 main symptoms that I do not think it so are liquid filled dots and severe pain [doctor said it should be so painful when you touch you will cry] but I can slap my dick around without caring. If anyone knows what this may be please let me know as I am desperate to seek reassurance and may even get a 2nd opinion. Other places might cost more? Not sure.
If you don't have mouth herpes you can get a bloodtest done but if you do have it i think they show up as the same thing.

Also has anyone ever contracted anything from Hinomaru? I have been completely clean until now, really need to grab a drink to think I am an idiot for doing this...
There was this review where someone claimed he got crabs at HH.

The ONLY STD (not really a disease just an annoyance) I've ever contracted was crabs. I was 18 or 19 and she was 16 or 17. I went to her house and was hanging out and we decided to go for a walk in the woods. Laid down on the cold november ground in new england with most of our clothes still on I threw on the rubber and we did the deed. A few days later I'm scratching and I knew something was wrong. About the same time a friend of mine brought her up in conversation and said. "Dude you still hanging out with so-and-so, and I said I was, and he responded. Dude don't fuck her she's got crabs...." WTF. He couldn't have told me like 3 days sooner. Luckily they aren't so hard to get rid of.

They're different strains, and the tests can show both separately.

The incubation period for herpes (and pretty much any other STI) is at least a week.

The fact that you had symptoms within hours is very strongly indicative that it was an allergic reaction.

Calm down.

In the area I live we have one doctor who speaks english. I have gone to him a couple times for colds etc.., but always walk out asking myself why? He's older and seems like a quack.

About a month ago I was having pain going from my arm pit to my elbow on my left arm. Now I'm a programmer, so I would not be surprised if it was a pinched nerve, or carpletunel. However I went to the doctor to get some muscle relaxers to try and dull the pain. When I got there he told me to pull up my shirt to see the lesions. I was really confused. When he saw nothing he said that it was early and that the herpes virus would form lesions within 2-3 days. Then I was really confused. This guy went form pain in my arm to herpes with no tests. Just assumed that's what it was. What the fuck kind of doctor does that?

Needless to say the pain went away within a week and no lesions ever showed up. I won't be going back to him for anything...

Sounds like he may be suspecting Shingles. It's not an STD but it's caused by a family of herpes

Your problem may have already resolved by now and I'm probably too late to answer this but...
You sound like me the first time I went for a BBBJ. I had a burn when I urinated over a couple of days and panicked coz I thought I had some STD.
An immediate itch with a 'solid scratch' may be your cause of aggravated signs and symptoms. Red dots may be petechiae from the scratching but it will be very hard to tell just from text. A doctor can probably spot diagnose that.
I've not known for STDs to exhibit signs so quickly.
Although it sounds more like allergic contact dermatitis aggravated by scratching (and perhaps chafing in your pants and I wouldn't be surprised if you gave it a scratch here and there over the day), I wouldn't rule out the possibility of bacterial infection introduced during the scratch. The fact that it's moist and weepy reinforces this possibility but if you don't see crusting or pus over the later days, I think it will resolve on its own.

I think you did the right thing in visiting a clinic. Doing a quick STD screen and perhaps later a confirmatory one after the window period passes will settle your nerves big time (as it did mine).

How was the BJ though? Was it worth it?

We recently had a bbfs thread so i want to bring this up again. According to what ww has told me and probably mentioned/shown here before, you seem to have the same change of getting HIV from protected anal as from unprotected regular bb. The anus is likely to get small tears during anal (yuck!) and blood and cuts are a lot more dangerous for contracting hiv than sexual body fluids. This totally turns me off from experimenting more with anal. (Why take the same risk as with bbfs and also get hurt?!)

Thoughts on this?
Any people who do anal but no bbfs? Because that seems like a bad decision to me.

In Durex We Trust. How could the virus get through the latex? If you don't manage to break the condom there is no chance of contracting anything.

I have made the answer to your question bold. Condom breakage and spillage are much more common in anal than in vaginal use for multiple, probably obvious, reasons.

There are special, "extra strong" condoms for anal, correct?
But i have never really seen them for sale anywhere and i dont know the difference.

I don't know if there are such condoms...seems reasonable to make them, but I've never seen them for sale either.

One form of condom protection failure that I have heard about a couple of times (from different guys) is that the condom slips off the guys dick after he cums (and thus gets smaller and flaccid) while he is withdrawing from a (tight) anus. I hope you can picture what I mean. This does not get much or any cum inside the receptive partner but probably a little bit and also gets it around the immediate exterior of the anus where there often small abrasions and openings in the skin. I do not know of any case of HIV transmission by this form of failure, but I suspect that it is possible.

I guess it could also leave one with the icky chore of retrieving the used condom! :poop::sick:

Unfortunately the most common and probably the obvious reason would be the failure to use a condom correctly. Statistically it is also more dangerous to drive fast than slow but then again people who race are the safest drivers around .

I don't know if they are made especially as anal use in mind but yes, there are condoms that are made extra strong which also have lubricant in them.

Durex Extra Safe is one of them, and despite how it sounds I am not paid by Durex just a happy user (but if they are around I'm definitely open for sponsorship deals :ROFLMAO:)

Right, and this means that the average risk (failure rate) is not necessarily your failure rate; it could be higher if you don't use them correctly or lower if you do. Being drunk often causes misuse (like not getting them on correctly) and thus failure even for people who know how to do it correctly.

This does not only happen with anal sex, it is actually quite common with vaginal sex. Happened to me more than once, and yes, it is pretty weird to realise that the condom has been lost, and then inserting 2 fingers to retrieve it...

Not to brag or anything (this is supposed to be normal) but since i dont have an escort insta or something i wanted to place the results for my 3monthly blood test here. I'm not sure if it shows the name of the clinic, but if it does then i would recommend that one. Its in shinjuku and a quite big one. They offer all kinds of tests but dont always have someone available who can inspect your junk, its mainly testing. (That time on the side when it said "ari" was candida, i think, i've never really had to get treated for an std)

I don't believe there are extra strength ones but I highly suggest against using any sort of "thin" or "ultra sensitive" condoms for anal due to safety. Regular rubbers should hold up well enough though, but long term I don't think its good health wise unless you're with a client or with a provider that you've known for awhile, know is regularly tested and have good communication with, even though, there's a risk.

Hi All, new comer here wants to try giving the deriheru a shot.

Beside condom, is there any other prevention I can take? Googling around for vaccinations led me to Hep B, but nothing else?

Is there any other tips can be shared to reduce risk? Maybe recommended place to go, LHs, etc.

Cheers and thanks!

I'm also curious about hepatitis B injections. Does anyone know if you get really sick afterwards?
Its not a common disease but any extra form of protection would be positive of course!
