The only way you'll catch syphilis from a public bath is if you are cruising there.whether it's safe to go to a public bath

When I show my test to providers it's just a panel of chlamydia, gonorrhea, HIV and syphilis. Sometimes trich if I can get the doctor to do it but they're weird about it for men a lot of the time, at least in the US. This has always been sufficient. This question may come across a bit weird, but has anyone ever shown a provider your test result with positive HSV1, and what was their reaction?
Asking this because based on the discussion here, HSV1 is quite common, and I have read in reviews as well as X posts from providers that they actually like it when customers show them their test results, which I assumed to be totally clean results.
I just got tested for the first time and am HSV1 positive. I did not have any sexual experience all my life until my trip to Japan earlier this year which I used some services, and did not have any symptom since then. My doctor told me this is common and generally harmless, no treatment is needed. I am from a SEA country btw, if that makes any difference.
I was actually hoping I can show a clean test result to the providers next time I go to Japan and want use a service. Now not too sure if I should do that.
In Japan, it's quite common to show test results to healthcare providers, which isn't something you typically see in other countries. In fact, doing so in other countries might raise some eyebrows, as people might wonder why you're sharing that information.was actually hoping I can show a clean test result to the providers next time I go to Japan and want use a service. Does Japan national health care insurance cover it? I think we have to pay out of pocket and they only cover it if you actually caught an STD? That's why it's a good idea to get your tests done in Japan. You'll be using the local language and a system that the providers are used to. You can even log in on your phone right in front of the provider to make it look more legit.
Once you get to Tokyo, just head over to one of the Yoboukai clinics. The whole process, from check-in to completing your tests and making payment, usually takes less than 20 minutes.
If you go in the morning, you can typically expect to have all your test results by 8:00 PM the same day.
Generally the analysis are not covered (one or two types are covered though, sorry don't remember) but the costs at the clinic (acceptance, registration, etc.) are. So the name of the clinic shows where you went and some private info.Does Japan national health care insurance cover it? Thanks for the info. Will search for the nearest adult health clinic nearby. And I assume this is all kept private? What if I'm on a company health plan? They say that your results are private but will my company be able to see that I had an STD check? Just slightly paranoid about them finding such things and making it public or published to the higher ups or HR.Generally the analysis are not covered (one or two types are covered though, sorry don't remember) but the costs at the clinic (acceptance, registration, etc.) are. Costs vary according to what you test. Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, syphilis cost about JPY 5,000.
The xxplasma viruses abt 15,000/18,000
YMMV
The private clinics like Yoboukai don't ask for identification, everything is strictly confidential. Thanks for the info. Will search for the nearest adult health clinic nearby. Japanese clinics don't test for that. If you'd do a test in Japan you should show up all clean. Sometimes doctors to a herpes check where they check if your genitals don't have sores or wards on them if you pay for it though. This question may come across a bit weird, but has anyone ever shown a provider your test result with positive HSV1, and what was their reaction?

Really nobody cares that much about if you did an std test or not. It's not a bad thing, it's a good thing.Keep in mind: They request a phone number, which can serve as a way to identify you.
I'm glad it was that and nothing life lasting.Fuck, that's brutal but glad you're getting it under control. Basically little warts yeah ?
Important advice. Breaking them open as OP did can cause spread - the bumps should be left intact.Breaking open the sores, or touching them, can spread it.
It seems like cryotherapy and other therapies would be more effective than what he was doing. I knew of a person that had it and he received a bar of soap and this cream that had acid in it. Worked like a charm. He thinks he got it from a massage therapist he frequented. Her or the towels. But I agree there are better ways to get rid of that.Important advice. If treatment is necessary, cryotherapy (liquid nitrogen) is the usual method. It kills the virus contained in the fluid inside the bump, reducing spread.
You should not ever, under any circumstances or for any reason, engage in paid sexual encounters. You are not cut out for it.I have asked chatgpt using this prompt, "if i were a man having sex with a woman who is infected by std, what is the percentage of transmission happening. If
1. No kissing if there are visible sores or cut
2. No unprotected vaginal
3. No anal at all
4. No unprotected oral
5. Not sharing anything personal (toothbrush, towel etc.
6. Not in direct contact with blood or cuts"
The answer come with all std having less than 1% transmission and i would assume the percentage would much lower in real live since the encounter with somebody infected with alltype of std is very rare. Which i found very interesting. (Please someone fact check this).
If you do this, you're even stupider than I thought.can i ask the question to the manager and the girls like, are the girls infected or have been infected with std?
hi its my first time participating in any conversation in this forum and i am not sure if i can search for this particular question using the search feature so ill just post this here. Sorry if it's inappropriate or rude

But even then, can i ask the question to the manager and the girls like, are the girls infected or have been infected with std? Can i looks for visible cuts or sore before i proceeds? Or would they consider it rude and denied my bookings
