Sexually Transmitted Disease (std) Talk

I did . Read about the low probability and have been p4p many years . Just being in Japan , you know gets you more excited and yea I had a little too much p4p lol

rule of thumb is stick to HJ until you learned enough about STD risks.

At clinics such as Yoboukai, which is the preferred set to choose?

I've seen diary entries of providers showing their most recent test results, and was wondering if I need something as comprehensive if a provider requests results before a service date.
there are male and female sets, the more expensive one includes more tests. pretty straightforward.

it is rare for providers to ask for test result. some just happy with basic set. but if you got money get the premium set, prep and pep.

But the symptoms share similar results as hiv
It's been said plenty of times but you cannot diagnose HIV by symptoms. If you are worried go get tested. And if you are worried after what you described doing then get tested and stop doing p4p. It's not worth it for you.

I would suggest stop being intimate with other humans in general and stick to your best friend.

So you come on here asking a stupid question, you get told in very neutral terms that it's not a useful question, and you decide to pull attitude, and then you want a favour?

It's almost impressive—like watching someone trip over their own feet and then blame the sidewalk. If common sense was dynamite, you wouldn't have enough to blow your nose.

What part of "take your symptoms to a doctor" was unclear? You haven't got the good sense the gods gave a goose, and yet here you are strutting around like a rooster in a henhouse, thinking you're somebody. Nobody owes you a damn thing.

Wow I am so glad I impress you Sudsy…truly a honor . I hate sidewalks I don't use them at all … I May trip ….i Usually walk on incoming traffic . Thanks for being awesome you are a good friend

At Yoboukai I get the はじめての検査セット(男性用)which costs ¥13,000 and screens for the most common concerns.

I've never had a provider ask for results before but I always just pull them up and show them at the start of the session anyway with the vast majority being extremely grateful for having done so and some even going ahead and sharing their results back with me.

I went with yoboukai's services at the beginning of this month after a risky encounter, everything was smooth even without japanese ability. The nurse that drew my blood had conversational level of english. All clean 👌I'll probably test every month or so.

It's better not to hesitate to get tested for things like this. There is no scenario where it's better to let it worsen without treatment if you have anything.

new to all this, but i see a lot of reviews DATY. is this considered safe to do in japan? is it because condoms are used majority of the time and so most of them are std free?

If you're scared about STDs, you shouldn't really engage in P4P imo.
While you can do everything to keep yourself safe, it's always going to be somewhat unsafe due to the amount of people the girls see, and you never being able to be sure if they actually offer raw to some of their customers.

I just decided to get tested after developing some possible infection symptoms last night (vague discomfort and some blood in the urine).

Found this really good clinic on the east side of Shinjuku, which is apparently popular with fuzoku and AV girls.
https://www.fast-clinic.com/

8,800 to get a urine test for five diseases (chlamydia, gonorrhea, candida, trichomonas, gardnerella). They also do blood tests for herpes, HIV, etc.

Open afternoons until 9 pm, can be in and out within 15 minutes, results online in 2 hours and you can go back immediately to pick up antibiotics if needed.

It was a bit of a nothingburger in my case, as I only tested positive for gardnerella, which doesn't do anything to men and is often contracted naturally by women. Most likely I am just having some stress-related prostate issues.

What is the accuracy of fast tests? I thought that most tests require a couple of days to be effective, but maybe I am wrong.

I hope that you will get a fast recovery!

Yeah they say you need to wait a couple of days after exposure before testing.

By fast I assume you're referring to rapid tests? They're about the same as the normal cheaper ones.

I've always been told by the receptionists over the phone that it's best to wait about 2 weeks after exposure to get tested for gonorrhoea & chlamydia if you show no symptoms. If you have developed symptoms within a couple days after exposure, obviously go get tested ASAP.
